At Coign Merch, we take pride in sourcing and producing products that supports local businesses and craftsmanship. While this sometimes leads to longer delivery, it also means every item you receive carries the quality and integrity of local production.
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as seasonal sales or product launches), processing times may extend by an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.

This commitment to American-made craftsmanship may extend production or fulfillment times, particularly for pre-order items. While this may add a short wait, it ensures you receive a product created with care, authenticity, and quality.

Delivery estimates begin once an order has been processed and shipped.

Pre-order items require additional production time. Lead times will be displayed on the product detail page. Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Expedited and Express services may not be available for oversized or restricted items.

Shipping costs are determined by order weight, dimensions, and destination, and are displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping applies only to orders meeting the specified purchase threshold and shipping to eligible addresses within the continental U.S.

Coign Merch is not liable for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur additional reshipping fees.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier office.

Coign Merch is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

For packages damaged in transit:

Provide your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.
